Analytics and Costs

Read project health, operational trends, activity, and month-to-date component costs.

The project Analytics view combines deployed component health, delivery activity, and month-to-date cost data. Select an environment before interpreting health or activity; cost tables compare components across environments.

Overview

The Overview tab summarises the selected environment:

  • component health and the state of each live component;
  • an operational pulse for recent builds, deployments, alerts, and incidents;
  • readiness and latest infrastructure state for every environment.

Use this view to find the affected component, then open its deployment, logs, or infrastructure revision for detail.

The Trends tab shows the architecture footprint, operational events over the last 14 days, and build/deploy activity over the last 30 days. Trends are directional: a count shows that an event occurred, not whether the change was healthy or user-visible.

Activity

The Activity tab compares 7-day and 30-day totals and includes recent project activity. Select an activity item to open its detail pane. Correlate alerts and incidents with the build or deployment immediately before them.

Costs

The Costs tab shows month-to-date cost by component and environment, plus environment totals when data is available. Use it to identify large changes and compare lifecycle environments.

Cost figures can lag and may not include every external or shared charge. Confirm financial decisions against the AWS billing tools for the connected account.

A Useful Review Routine

  1. Select production and check component health.
  2. Review alerts, incidents, and the latest infrastructure state.
  3. Compare 7-day and 30-day delivery activity.
  4. Inspect month-to-date cost changes by component.
  5. Open the relevant service deployment or infrastructure revision before taking action.
